Transformation Coaching

Transformation Coaching

What We Do

The work of this division is not to empower from the outside. It is to create the conditions for clients to excavate, embrace, and exercise the power that was always theirs — to navigate constraint, catalyse change, and live and work on their own terms. The division offers one-on-one transformation coaching as well as group and organisational coaching engagements through the Get Inpowered Programme™.

How We Work

The programme is available as a full four-phase engagement or on a phase-by-phase basis depending on where the client is in their journey. One-on-one coaching begins with a structured intake that establishes context, identifies the presenting constraint, and determines the right entry point. Group and organisational engagements are scoped and designed for the specific context. The division also offers facilitated sessions and talks for organisations exploring questions of agency, choice, and institutional transformation.

Who We Work With

Individuals navigating significant personal or professional transitions. Anyone who senses that the life they are living is not fully the life they chose, and who is ready to do the work of understanding why — and what to do about it. Organisations investing in the personal development and agency of their leadership cohort, or implementing transformation and culture change programmes that require individual-level intervention alongside systemic change.

The Inpowerment Coaching Framework™

A four-phase framework that takes clients beneath the surface of the tension between what they are capable of becoming (their agency) and what structural conditions would permit them to become (their constraints). The framework does not move in a neat staircase — it moves more like seasons, each one containing the conditions for the next. The destination is not recovery or repair. It is Mpumelelo — the full, visible expression of the deeply rooted self.

01
Phase One
The Naming

The work of honest seeing. The client cannot move through what they cannot see. This phase does the work of making the invisible visible — identifying with forensic specificity what has been constraining the client. The central reorientation happens here: from what is wrong with me to what happened to me. Core concepts: The Split Register, Compaction, Inherited Scripts, the Performed Self versus the Rooted Self.

02
Phase Two
The Work

The excavation — the season of greatest discomfort and greatest growth. The client is not just understanding their compaction now; they are working it. Creating aeration. Developing Root-Grip. Examining the terms they have been living by, building internal anchors that hold steady as familiar patterns begin to shift, and looking honestly at what sustains the compaction and what it would cost to release it.

03
Phase Three
Emergence

The quiet internal shift that precedes all visible change. Emergence cannot be forced or scheduled — it can only be prepared for and recognised when it arrives. This phase creates the conditions for the turning point: the moment the underground work produces something that cannot be undone. A new orientation to the self and to what is possible.

04
Phase Four
Embodiment

The translation of private victory into daily practice. Closing the gap between the identity that has been affirmed and the self that shows up in the real, pressured, ordinary circumstances of life. This is where the internal work becomes an external reality — where the rooted self begins to replace the performed self in the spaces that matter.

Build the Capacity

The Inpowerment Coaching Framework™ and The Get Inpowered Programme™ are available as structured training through the Critical ThinkAR® Academy — designed for individuals and practitioners who want to develop the personal analytical and leadership capacity to navigate constraint and act with confidence.

The power was always yours.
The work is to excavate,
embrace, and exercise it.
